This Week: Update

 Notes for this Week (17th-21st)

• I am sending your green assessment folder home. Please have your parents look at your work in there, sign it, and return it the next day. I need the work in there to complete your report cards, which are due very soon. 

• Monday: Black Shirt Day. 
• Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
• Wear a black shirt to: recognize the struggle for the civil rights fought by Black individuals; to foster equity, diversity, and inclusion; celebrating successes; and to raise awareness and support anti-racism (to name a few things). 
• If Absent, I have put a few stories (videos) in the Special Occasions workspace in the 'Black History' section. 

• I'm guessing it will be a snow day tomorrow (Monday), if there is please see the WORK LIST to see what you need to complete. The most important things are:
• Finish your add/subtract test. I sent it back to some of you to add more information.
• Complete the practise test for angles. 
• Continue working on your Newspaper Article. I want you to be able to finish by Friday. 

• We will have our Angles test on Wednesday.

• Don't forget to check the homework section. 

• Friday is a P.D. Day! (no school)
